Professional in Human Resource Management – International (PHRI) (formerly HR Business Partner or HRBP) – certification demonstrates competency in accepted HR technical and operational standards.

Professional in Human Resource Management – International (SPHRi) (formerly known as HR Management Professional or HRMP) – certification demonstrates competence in accepted human resource principles in planning and developing policies and delivering services.
