If you have plenty of time and extra money to buy a flight, I recommend going to India to get certified like we did, or maybe to Thailand where it’s cheaper and more authentic. Obtaining certification in Western countries can be expensive.

All you need to do is create a TESDA account to access all free courses. (I love that TESDA offers opportunities like this!!)
